I am retired from full-time special education teaching. I am a teacher of private guitar and self-defense lessons. I have a facebook site for my self-defense titled Otey Self-Defense Training and a facebook site for my continuing education involvement titled Otey’s Educational Tutoring Service. I am also involved with a large homeschooling group.
I sing and play guitar, performing when I can with friends or alone. I have many guitar lesson videos on youtube, teaching how to play simple starter songs on one string and some full band songs. That site is called Dancing Strings Guitar Lessons. I also write lyrics and melodies for my own songs. I post some of those on SoundCloud.
I am a great reader of brain training books and I love watching TED speeches and finding other people’s viewpoints from those to research for my own life improvements.
